I was thankful to present my views on the need for greater partnership among elected officials, prosecutors, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and the private-sector financial services community. Collaboration is essential to reduce illicit financial activities and identify terrorist financing.
The event brought together elected officials from over 60 countries, with 3,500 participants in person and via video. My message resonated, as the only way to reduce 2 to 3 trillion in money laundering per year is to design more efficient Public-Private Partnerships.
